Managing Your CRM Contacts
The CRM module helps you maintain and nurture business relationships.
CRM Stages
Contacts move through these stages:
- Replied: Initial positive response
- Meeting: Meeting scheduled or completed
- Proposal: Proposal sent
- Won: Deal closed successfully
- Lost: Opportunity did not convert
How to Move a Contact
- Find the contact card in your CRM
- Drag and drop to a new stage, or
- Click on the contact and update the stage
Adding Follow-ups
- Click on a contact
- Click Add Follow-up
- Set the date and notes
- Save
Tips
- Set reminders for important follow-ups
- Update contact information after each meeting
- Add detailed notes about conversations
