3.1 Pricing

The Service is offered at €99 per month per user. Prices may be updated with 30 days written notice.

3.2 Application Process

Access to the Service requires an approved application. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

6.3 Compliance with EU AI Act

Our AI features are designed to comply with the EU AI Act transparency requirements. All AI-generated content is disclosed as such, and we maintain audit logs of AI operations.

7.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
