Generating Leads with AI

Once your ICP is approved, you can start generating leads using AI.

Prerequisites

Before generating leads:

1. Your ICP must be Approved
2. You must have available quota

How to Generate Leads

1. Go to Lead Generation
2. Click Generate Leads button
3. AI will search the web for matching companies
4. Wait 30-60 seconds for results
5. Review the 10 generated leads

Understanding Generated Leads

Each lead includes:

• Company Name - The company found
• Relevance Score - How well they match your ICP (0-100)
• Basic Info - Industry, location, size
• Why They Match - AI explanation of fit

Processing Leads

For each generated lead, choose an action:

Add to Pipeline

Lead looks promising - add to BD Pipeline for prospecting:

1. Click Add to Pipeline
2. Lead appears in your BD Pipeline
3. Start your outreach process

Enrich

Want more information before deciding:

1. Click Enrich
2. AI researches deeper details
3. Review enriched data
4. Then decide to add or skip

Skip

Not a good fit:

1. Click Skip
2. Lead is removed from queue
3. Reason is logged for learning

Save for Later

Might be relevant later:

1. Click Save for Later
2. Lead moves to Saved Leads
3. Review later when ready

Add to Competition

It's a competitor, not a customer:

1. Click Add to Competition
2. Lead moves to Competitors module

Best Practices

• Generate regularly - Keep your pipeline full
• Enrich before deciding - Get full picture
• Skip confidently - Don't add bad fits
• Review saved leads - Don't forget them
