When you enrich a lead, the AI:
- Searches the web for the company

How to Enrich a Lead
- Go to BD Pipeline
- Find the lead you want to enrich
- Click the Enrich button (sparkle icon)
- Wait for AI to complete research (usually 10-30 seconds)
- Review the enriched data in the lead's notes
Understanding Enrichment Results
The AI adds structured notes including:
- Company Overview - What they do
- Key Insights - Relevant business intelligence
- Decision Makers - Contacts to target
- Talking Points - Suggestions for outreach
