BD Pipeline Overview

The BD (Business Development) Pipeline helps you manage leads in the prospecting phase - from when you first identify them until you make contact.

Pipeline Stages

  1. Identified - You've found a potential lead but haven't contacted them yet
  2. Contacted - You've reached out (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)

Once a lead responds, they move to the CRM module for relationship management.

Adding a Lead

  1. Click + Add Lead button
  2. Fill in the required information:

- Company name

- Contact person name

- Email address

- Lead type (Customer, Partner, Influencer)

  1. Optionally add:

- Phone number

- LinkedIn URL

- Notes

- Location (for distance filtering)

  1. Click Save

Filtering and Searching

Use filters to find specific leads:

  • Search - Search by company or contact name
  • Lead Type - Filter by Customer, Partner, or Influencer
  • Distance - Filter by distance from Erlangen (100km, 200km, 500km)
  • Relevance Score - Filter by AI-assigned relevance score

AI Lead Enrichment

Tagesplanr can use AI to research your leads:

  1. Find the lead you want to enrich
  2. Click the Enrich button
  3. AI will research:

- Company background

- Recent news

- Key contacts

- Relevant insights

  1. The enriched data is added to the lead's notes

Moving Leads to CRM

When a lead responds to your outreach:

  1. Find the lead in the Pipeline
  2. Click Move to CRM
  3. Select the appropriate CRM status (Replied, Meeting, etc.)
  4. The lead moves to the CRM module
