BD Pipeline Overview
The BD (Business Development) Pipeline helps you manage leads in the prospecting phase - from when you first identify them until you make contact.
Pipeline Stages
- Identified - You've found a potential lead but haven't contacted them yet
- Contacted - You've reached out (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
Once a lead responds, they move to the CRM module for relationship management.
Adding a Lead
- Click + Add Lead button
- Fill in the required information:
- Company name
- Contact person name
- Email address
- Lead type (Customer, Partner, Influencer)
- Optionally add:
- Phone number
- LinkedIn URL
- Notes
- Location (for distance filtering)
- Click Save
Filtering and Searching
Use filters to find specific leads:
- Search - Search by company or contact name
- Lead Type - Filter by Customer, Partner, or Influencer
- Distance - Filter by distance from Erlangen (100km, 200km, 500km)
- Relevance Score - Filter by AI-assigned relevance score
AI Lead Enrichment
Tagesplanr can use AI to research your leads:
- Find the lead you want to enrich
- Click the Enrich button
- AI will research:
- Company background
- Recent news
- Key contacts
- Relevant insights
- The enriched data is added to the lead's notes
Moving Leads to CRM
When a lead responds to your outreach:
- Find the lead in the Pipeline
- Click Move to CRM
- Select the appropriate CRM status (Replied, Meeting, etc.)
- The lead moves to the CRM module
