First Steps After Login
Welcome to Tagesplanr! Follow these steps to get set up:
Step 1: Configure Your Goal Timeline
Go to Settings and set:
- Your deadline date (when you want to achieve your goals)
- Your start date (when you began)
- Your weekly hours target
This helps the Dashboard track your progress.
Step 2: Set Up Time Tracking Categories
The Time Tracker comes with default categories, but you can customize them:
- Go to Time Tracker
- Click on any category to edit
- Set weekly hour targets for each category
Step 3: Create Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
For lead generation to work, you need an ICP:
- Go to Lead Generation → ICP Setup
- Fill in your company details
- Define your target industries and geography
- Set qualification criteria
- Submit for approval
Step 4: Add Your First Leads
Start building your pipeline:
- Go to BD Pipeline
- Click + Add Lead
- Enter company and contact details
- The lead starts in "Identified" stage
Step 5: Explore the Dashboard
Your Dashboard shows:
- Weekly hour compliance
- Active leads count
- Upcoming tasks
- Goal progress
Tips for Success
- Track your time daily - Start the timer when you begin work
- Update lead statuses - Move leads through the pipeline as you progress
- Use AI enrichment - Let AI research your leads for you
- Check the Dashboard - Review your progress regularly
